SHIPPING
Shipping is free on all orders within New Zealand. Rural and non-rural. Rural will take a few days longer than other deliveries. Orders can also be collected from Further Doings in Grey Lynn, Auckland when a prior arrangement has been made.  Please contact Amanda by email amandakemp.uku@outlook.com or phone 021627526 to find a convenient time for us both.

Shipping to Australia is a flat rate of $40 for all orders to most metropolitan areas. We will be in touch if your delivery address is outside of these zones. This rate is courier tracked and insured, with a signature required. Delivery will take anywhere from 7 – 14 working days.

If required, the recipient of the parcel is liable to pay any import duties or taxes applicable to their country before the parcel is delivered. The carrier will contact the recipient to pay these and if the parcel isn't claimed it will be returned to UKU. Any additional freight charges to resend the parcel will be at the expense of the customer.

As our product is Jewellery, our standard overnight courier agent is unable to offer insurance on these deliveries. For Auckland customers please use our premium delivery service which travels fully insured on a GPS tracked courier service. 

We will send you an email with tracking details once your order has been despatched. Couriers will not deliver to a PO Box address. All addresses must be physical and require signing on receipt.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING / CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

For all international orders outside of Oceania, please contact me on amandakemp.uku@outlook.com for a delivery quote.

GST
GST of 15% has been included on all prices and will be charged on all New Zealand orders.  All orders shipped outside of New Zealand do not have GST (tax) added.
